The Press Ombudsman has decided not to uphold a complaint by Mr John Perry TD, Minister of State for Small Business, made through his solicitors, that an article in the Irish Mail on Sunday on 16 April 2014, about his mileage expenses was in breach of Principle 1 (Truth and Accuracy) of the Code of Practice for Newspapers and Magazines.
